Nana Shop iOS app

You can browse the public catalogue and send a styling request without signing in. The catalogue request form does not take payment or create a paid order. Its existing request-handling policy continues to apply.

If you use an account or an authorized company workspace, the app processes your account identifier, name, email address, phone number and information needed for the functions you choose. Firebase provides sign-in and push notification delivery. The company's existing business records determine access; an account does not grant access to other customers' or employees' records.

Optional device and workspace features

Notifications use an installation identifier and notification token when enabled. Camera, selected photos/files and microphone access support content you choose to scan, attach, record or send. Photos, videos, audio, messages, support requests and other submitted content may be stored in the company's workspace for the requested service. The app does not receive your device's fingerprint or Face ID template.

Authorized staff may use booking, orders, payment and delivery modules. These can process contact and address details, purchase and payment records, and location when a relevant feature is enabled. Payment-provider checks and enabled courier tracking may use precise or approximate location. Courier tracking requires the relevant role and explicit tracking/permission settings. Ordinary catalogue browsing does not enable courier tracking.

Stripe or the payment provider identified in the payment interface processes payment credentials. Twilio or the configured communications provider processes calls you initiate; recordings are retained only when the chosen service records calls. This iOS version does not register for incoming background VoIP calls and ends native calls when the app enters the background. Bluetooth and NFC support compatible printers and payment readers. Technical and error information may be processed to operate and secure these services.

Choices and requests

Device permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Use the existing Nana Shop contacts shown on this page to request access, correction or deletion of account or request data. The company will verify the request and explain any records it must retain for an outstanding service, accounting or security purpose. These optional app functions do not change the public catalogue form into a payment checkout.
